Charles Rosier (http://www.charlesrosier.com) worked at Goldman Sachs as the Managing Director from the year 2009 to 2010. Five principles (Customer Focus, Long Term View, Global Thinking Presence, Meritocracy and Partnership and World-Class Governance) were established by him during his stay at BTG Pactual. He worked in the role of Debt Capital Manager at SBC Warburg from 1997 to 2009. He also became a smart investment banker at Lehman Brothers, which marked the launching of his profession. Charles Rosier’s first healthcare project was the Mapreg Drug project. He invested in a pharmaceutical firm (Mapreg) to develop a healthcare project, handled by Professor Etienne Baulieu. Baulieu and his co-workers found it difficult to develop a new drug due to lack of budget, which he addressed. Being an investor, Charles Rosier gets a certain profit-share from the company because of his contribution that enabled the company to finally begin doing the study.

Charles Rosier began his career at Lehman Brothers in 1996 before joining UBS Warburg Investment Bank. Afterwards, he joined Goldman Sachs Bank, where he was put in charge of the finance department. Charles Rosier worked at BTG Pactual Bank and built a strong partnership until the year 2010. He is interested in several things like studies, extreme sports, handling environmentally-friendly activities and culture.
In 2006, Charles Rosier supported a film made by a famous Italian screenwriter and director, which won a Silver Lion award at the Venice film festival.
